Many of the offences classed as dangerous or careless driving could be associated with "road rage." The term ‘road rage’ could be used to cover anything from verbal abuse or threats, to criminal damage or physical violence from other drivers. While this is not an offence in UK law, many incidents of "road rage" are caused by dangerous or careless driving.

We will consider all reports of driving standards, whether damage or injury has been caused or not as long as the relevant lines of enquiry have been covered.
