Following an investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) into the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr Kingsley Burrell in 2011, three officers are to appear at a misconduct hearing.
The hearing will be conducted in part under the Police (Conduct) 2008 Regulations.
The chair will be DCC Colbourne.
Allegations surrounding an improper relationship with a vulnerable member of the public and made subsequent misleading or inaccurate accounts to Supervision and a subsequent interview.
The Legally Qualified Chair is Mr Harry Ireland.
