West Midlands CTU arrest man on suspicion of licence breach
A 36-year-old man has been arrested by West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit on suspicion of breaching licence conditions.
He was arrested on Wednesday 20 November from an address in Walsall.
The licence conditions are part of an order made under Part 4 of the Terrorism Act 2008 and Counter Terrorism and Border Security Act 2019 following his release from prison in June 2017 after being convicted of terrorism offences in August 2016.
UPDATE on 22 November:
A 36-year-old man has been bailed by West Midlands Counter Terrorism Unit after being arrested on Wednesday (20 November) on suspicion of breaching licence conditions.
He was bailed pending further enquiries.
