Body found in the hunt for missing Dudley woman

Detectives investigating the murder of missing Dudley woman Julia Rawson have found a body.

The discovery was made in the Tipton area on Wednesday (12 June) by specialist officers who have been searching for Julia, 42.

Formal identification of the body is taking place and a post-mortem will be held in due course.

Julia’s family have been kept up to date with the development.

Two men have been charged with the murder of Julia, who has been missing from her home since 12 May.

They have both been remanded in custody.
