After been persuaded to leave the house, PC Huntbach remained outside on the driveway and forced his way back inside the house and in doing so caused damage to the property.  PC Huntbach then had to be ejected from inside the house by a number of persons.

When PC Huntbach was back outside the house, he attacked the home owner causing injuries and damage to clothing.

Conduct that gave rise to breaches
On 8 November 2019 PS Srivastava attended an internal interview for the role of supervisor.

During the interview, the officer was asked a question under the heading “We are emotionally aware” in which they were required to give an example of how they considered a range of values and needs when making a decision that affects a group of people.

It is alleged that they deliberately lied when answering this question by making up an incident which they knew had not happened.  They continued to lie about the incident when telephoned later the same day.
