In March every year the Kennel Club of Great Britain organises Crufts Dog Show which, for the past 10 years, has been held at the National Exhibition Centre in Solihull.

Police dogs and their handlers are always well represented during the four days of the show at their 'Canine Careers' stand. Here, members of the public can meet handlers and their dogs and share experiences about their common interest.

In addition, West Midlands Police officers and dogs give demonstrations of their work in the special events ring. The show is always hugely popular and very well supported.
