Your neighbourhood team are currently working with the community and partners to address the following:
ASB Moat House Estate.Members of the community have raised concerns regarding issues of anti-social behaviour on the Moat House Estate especiall around Moat House Lane East, the shop/flats there and the canal bridge area. The complaints concern a number of individuals riding motorbikes and scooters in an inconsiderate manner and sometimes illegally without helmets, insurance or other relevant driving docs. These individuals are riding the bikes over the footbridge on the canal, on the towpaths and noisely around the estate.
ASB Moat House Estate.: Wednesfield Neighbourhood Team have been continuing to carry out hi-vis patrols in the area. A Domehawk camera has also now been located on the canal bridge between Moat House Lane East and West. The team have also conducted numerous crime prevention visits and reassurance visits to residents in the area as a result of a number of shed breaks. Two local males have been arrested and they are currently on bail. Recently the team located a crime prevention van outside the shops on Moathouse Lane east and provided advice and property marking pens to members of the community.
ASB Castlebridge Gardens.Members of the community have raised concerns around general anti-social behaviour in Castlebridge Gardens, specifically groups of youths congregating in the stairwells to the flats making noise and sometimes smoking cannabis.
ASB Castlebridge Gardens.: Wednesfield Neighbourhood Team are continuing to carry out hi-vis patrols at varying times in the Castlebridge Gardens area around the flats, the stairwells and the car park at the rear.
Castle PH Wood End Rd.Members of the community have raised concerns regarding drug dealing and ASB in the vicinity of the Castle PH and surrounding residential roads.
Castle PH Wood End Rd.: Wednesfield Neighbourhood Team are continuing to carry out hi-vis patrols in the area of the Castle Pub and are also working with the landlord their to reduce any incidents of noise, ASB and drug dealing.
Your neighbourhood policing team is working hard to ensure your personal concerns about the area in which you live are identified and acted upon quickly, and that you are given regular feedback about the action that has been taken.
To help us do this more effectively, we would like to ask you to get involved.
We hold regular meetings across Wolverhampton, where you can raise any issues that are affecting your community with officers from your local police team. Meeting dates for this neighbourhood are listed above.
If you are not able to attend the meetings, you can still let us know your thoughts by contacting your neighbourhood team via the telephone number or email address at the top of this page. Alternatively, you can speak to one of your officers or PCSOs as they patrol your streets.
You can also have your say on whether you agree or disagree with the issues that have been identified as priorities for your neighbourhood. Simply tick ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the priorities section and then submit your vote. If you do disagree with the priorities that have been set, remember to contact your neighbourhood sergeant to tell them what you feel the priorities for your area should be.
