Police investigating suspicious fire in Chuckery

Police are investigating a suspicious fire at an address in Chuckery last night (Saturday) after they were called to the home in Moncrieffe street at 11.15pm.
No-one was injured during the fire as the house was not occupied at the time. The fire caused damage to the downstairs of the property and is being treated as arson.
Anyone with information about the fire, or if they saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time, is asked to contact Walsall Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
