Five people arrested following death of man at Walsall's Manor Hospital

Police investigating the death of a Walsall man have arrested five people on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence and misconduct in a public office.
Carl Cope died after collapsing outside the A&E Department of Walsall Manor Hospital on 23 June earlier this year.
A post mortem revealed the 47-year-old died of a heart attack.
West Midlands Police, along with Walsall Manor Hospital and West Midlands Ambulance Service, are conducting an investigation into the circumstances of Mr Cope’s death.
During the last week, four ambulance workers aged 26, 34, 45 and 53 have been arrested in connection with the investigation and have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
This morning, a 44-year-old member of staff from Walsall Manor Hospital was also arrested and is currently in custody helping police with their enquiries.
The investigation is ongoing.
