CCTV appeal of suspected fraudster

WALSALL police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a fraud allegation.
It is claimed that the man purchased a Garmin sat-nav from the Tesco supermarket in the town centre then removed from its packaging and replaced it with a broken one.
This was then returned and the man given a full refund of £149 at the Wisemore store on Monday 8 October.
Police in Walsall are appealing for anyone who can identify the man to contact them on 101. Alternatively people can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously by contacting 0800 555 111.
