Coventry is home to over 300,000 people. The city is an international centre of peace and reconciliation and has a diverse and wide-ranging population, where communities from all backgrounds and ethnicities live alongside one another.
Policing in Coventry is split into 18 neighbourhood teams whose boundaries meet the local authority ward boundaries. Each of these neighbourhood teams has a dedicated sergeant, a number of dedicated police officers and also numerous police community support officers (PCSOs).
