Your neighbourhood team are currently working with the community and partners to address the following:
S222 injunction in Moseley village.
A long term problem in Moseley village and the surrounding roads has been street drinking and associated problems such as begging. A Section 222 Injunction was granted which covers a defined area in the village until June 2013. A map is displayed throughout the village with details of both the defined area and restrictions on certain types of behaviour.Feedback
S222 injunction in Moseley village.: A recent survey of all the business premises within the s222 area showed over whelming support to extend the injunction if possible. The Court has now agreed due to our weight of evidence and public support and we are pleased to announce that the injunction has been extended until October 2014. This will enable us to continue our efforts in improving the street drinking and ASB issues – Operation Night Owl which will support this priority launches in Moseley village on Friday 24th May 2013

13Middleton road area ASB issue.
It has been raised at our monthly community meeting by a number of residents that youths are causing ASB in and around the community centre at Middleton road and also the surrounding roads. This is occurring between 1600 and 2300 at random times through the week. The youths are also suspected of using cannabis outside this location according to residents.Feedback
Middleton road area ASB issue.: This area continues to be a neighbourhood priority and is expected to be so over the summer months. There have been some notable stop and search, arrests and warrants executed in this area over the last period with your local police teams acting on intelligence from within the community. There were three burglaries in the Middleton road area late May. Thanks to prompt calls by members of the community two offenders were arrested making off from an offence on Thursday 23rd May with officers from your neighbourhood team being present in the area on patrol at the time and responding quickly.

• Come along to one of our community meetings which are held regularly held in your neighbourhood.
• Call West Midlands Police on 0345 113 5000 and ask to speak to your neighbourhood team. Alternatively, you can email your neighbourhood officers.
• Join a local Neighbourhood Watch scheme: visit www.neighbourhoodwatch.net for more information and to find a local scheme.
• Give information about crime anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or visiting www.crimestoppers-uk.org. Crimestoppers are not the police, but an independent charity working to fight crime.
• Tell us what you think by completing our online survey.
