Six men who were found guilty in connection with the false imprisonment of a 37-year-old Kidderminster man have been sentenced to a combined total of 68.5 years at Worcester Crown Court yesterday (Monday 1st September).
The victim was held captive for over 24 hours, stripped naked, beaten with hammers and stabbed after he was kidnapped in Kidderminster, Worcestershire on Friday 3rd August 2012.
Detectives have released images of a man they want to trace in connection with a burglary in Telford, after a car stolen in the raid was recovered in Birmingham.
The images have been released by West Mercia Police who are investigating the burglary, which took place on Pooler Close in Wellington, Telford overnight between Sunday 18th May and Monday 19th May.

Gavin Reilly, from Tipton Road, Sedgley (pictured right) and Michael Scanlon, from Rocket Pool Drive, Bilston were found guilty of robbery on Thursday 28 August, after a trial lasting almost three weeks, and sentenced to 11 years each. The pair, both aged 34, were part of a gang responsible for 23 armed robberies across Wolverhampton, Dudley and Sandwell from September 2013 to January this year.
