Police have launched a murder investigation nearly three months after a man was found collapsed in a Moseley street.
Phillip Floyd , 50, was found on Forest Road on Tuesday 28 January and was rushed to hospital with serious facial injuries where he died a short time later.
Initial investigations looked at the possibility that he may have been the victim of a hit-and-run. But following a further post mortem examination, it was concluded that he died after suffering a severe blow to the head and a murder investigation has now been launched.
