Police investigating how a man came to be seriously injured in Digbeth just before Christmas are asking for festive revellers who were in the area to come forward with any information.
The 31-year-old man was found in the middle of Digbeth High Street in the early hours of Sunday 21 December with serious injuries.
Police investigating the disappearance of Coventry mum Nicola Payne 23 years ago have charged two people with her murder.
Nigel Barwell, aged 51 from Copperas Street, Coventry and Thomas O’Reilly, aged 50 from Ribble Road, Coventry, were charged today (Tuesday 27 January) and have been remanded into custody to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Wednesday 28 January.

Missing teen Gestina Russell has been found safe and well.
Gestina, aged 17 from Hockley, was found yesterday afternoon (Monday) in Handsworth and has returned to her family.
