Wanted burglary suspect arrested in Tile Cross

A man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary following a public appeal by police in an attempt to try and find him earlier this month.
The 37-year-old was spotted driving a car in Tile Cross by officers on routine patrol at around 7:40pm last night (14 August).
He was wanted in connection a break-in on Rednal Road on 21 June during which bank cards were stolen and used to withdraw money from a nearby cash machine.
Detectives are questioning him this morning and the public are being thanked for any assistance they gave with the appeal.
