Our busy Corporate Communications team make sure that the right information goes to the right people at the right time.

We also run several successful social media accounts. Our twitter feed is the best place to find news as it's happening. We also have over 250 officers and staff tweeting local news to over 600 followers.
The Corporate Communications team also develop campaigns to help prevent crime and tackle force issues. They also oversee internal communications for staff including producing an internal on-line daily newspaper.
We aim to be open and transparent in our communication at all times.

The office is open Monday – Friday 6am – 7pm and Saturdays and Sundays between 7.30am and 3.30pm. For critical incidents outside these hours, our call press office facility is available through the Force Control Centre.
