West Midlands Police receives many requests for filming and providing facilities relating to both operational and non-operational matters.

To help us consider your request effectively, please complete the following form. A decision will be made as quickly as possible and you will be notified.

Is the programme for single broadcast or will it be repeated/sold to others?

What timescales are you working to? When do you need a decision by? How flexible is your schedule?
