A man has been jailed for seven years for robbing a cash delivery driver in Birmingham, after using his own vehicle as the getaway car.
Ryan Kirk was arrested after a quick-thinking member of the public wrote down the registration of the car – registered and insured to Kirk – which he used to flee the scene of the robbery on 28 February last year.
A 49-year-old man has been charged with assault following an incident in Birmingham involving two motorists.
Barrington Patterson, a driver from Kitts Green, was charged with one count of assault and one count of racially aggravated assault following the incident in Bromford Road on 24 February.
