Those are the words of Detective Constable Sarah Vaughan who is part of West Midlands Police’s Vulnerable Adults Unit – a specialist team committed to protecting our elderly and disabled from abuse at home or in care facilities.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of distributing a terrorist publication (contrary to Section 2 of the Terrorism Act 2006).

Police in Sandwell are appealing for witnesses to contact them after a suspicious incident where a five-year-old girl was approached by a unknown woman, in Dartmouth Park, yesterday.
The incident took place between 2.45-2.50pm Monday 3 August in Dartmouth Park, Sandwell Valley. The child was with her mother at the time.
Police have released CCTV images of three men who threatened and attacked a man as he walked in Birmingham City Centre.
The trio grabbed the man and dragged him to a nearby canal towpath, before assaulting him to try and get his pin number. They then stole his bank cards.
