The Force cannot make a charge to access any public registers or lists of environmental information; or to examine the information in person.
We aim to provide the information requested within 20 working days. However, in circumstances where the information requested is particularly complex and voluminous the time limit can be extended by a further 20 working days. The requestor must be notified within the initial 20 working days and the Force must state when they believe they will be able to respond in full.
